INTRODUCTION TO SPORTS NUTRITION FOR CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
Cross-country skiing as a competitive sport typically demands performance in the anaerobic and aerobic-lactacic range as well as in strength endurance. For those who practice cross-country skiing as a sporting hobby, conveniently transportable snacks such as gels, bars or sports drinks suffice to supply themselves independently from the hip bag.
